Cool Frames are the BEST in the WEST.....…
My experience was great because real people were able to help me orally. Also emails were very brief and informative when I was advised that a certain frame was available and that I was able to re-select another frame. Also a certain email was incorrect, and Cool Frames were accepting of their error and it was corrected within a day. I will always recommend Cool Frames and to think that I did not have to drive all over my home town looking for Sohia Loren frames - my eternal favorite frame choice.

I love my new frames!
I love my new frames! I had tried them on in a store and fallen in love with them, but couldn’t afford them. Cool Frames had the exact ones at a fraction of the price! Shipped quickly and securely. Will definitely be back for more!
