I havent received my glasses yet and no response from an email to chase

Frames were bent and the lenses have cracks. I was told this is acceptable since lenses are temporary and frames needed to be adjusted. Interesting

I never even got my frames in the mail. There was some hiccup with the delivery and when I contacted customer service and told them I never received my package with my frames the guy pretty much just argued with me. I ended up hanging up on him... worst experience ever. Wouldn’t transfer me to his supervisor either.

Truly the worst. The glasses I received were completely unwearble - the lens prescription and focal point was way off. Tried to contact coolframes many times but met with absolute silence that got nowhere. What a waste of money

I bought a frames and after many calls, very impolite customer service, and more than 10 days that I called to them, they told me that the frames was unavailable. The worst customer service ever.

it took longer than I expected to receive them. when I did receive them the frames when nothing like I thought. they were much too small. of course that can be expected when one does not truly know how to order online. however, when I called them they told me no problem they have a free exchange. but the problem lies with having to replace the lenses. since the new frames were bigger the lenses would have to be replaced. they told me I would have to pay to have them redone. when they told me the price to do this I was stunned. it was outrageous. they told me it would cost $435 to replace the lens. this was more than twice as much as I paid for the full lens and frames. basically it's not worth sending them back. I can go to a glasses store and pay less for new lenses and frames. very disappointing

Placed an order on the 11th of September and on the 16th of September they let me know that the frames I ordered were discontinued.

I ordered what I thought would be prescription lens and they came with no script in them just the frames. When I notified the company about returning the lens they said they would only return 20% of my money back. Not sure why that would be because the frames could be sold, they are no new and don't have a script in them. I was very dissatisfied with your company. I put my script in for the lens and not sure what happened or why they came to me with no script. Now it's going to cost me another 45.00 to put prescription lens in the frames. Not happy customer in Alexandria, VA!!!
