It would've been a five star rating but…
It would've been a five star rating but the glasses I picked showed as being available online but were out of stock. The wait to get them in stock was really long. The customer service guy who answered my calls was really professional and respectful. The only other complaint I have is the the picture online made them appear more square/rectangular than they are. In not sure I'm in love with the cat eye shape, but love the details, bling and quality. Going to wear them a week to see if I can get used to the shape or if I need to return them for something more square/rectangular.

I loved my first glasses but I ordered…
I loved my first glasses but I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and they was way to light. Called for an exchange for darker lenses and she said couldn’t exchange but I read you could in the exchange policy. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Gorgeous frames and well priced
Gorgeous frames. Even better than pictured. Happy with prescription lens . Great price. Only shortcoming is how long it took for frames to arrive. Live in BC, Canada. 4 weeks a bit longer than many of my other USA purchases. But very happy with glasses!

Frame Size Matters
Whenever I have an eye exam coming up and I want to change my frames, I go to Cool Frames. For the best fit, I go for frames with specific measurements and shop with Cool Frames. I can find something I like in the size I need or within a few mm.

Super! But don't be in a hurry!
It took over a month to arrive - but they are perfect and my optometrist was able to pop my new lenses in as soon as I received my order!

The frames seem reasonably good…
The frames seem reasonably good quality. The lens cut seem accurate. Surprised to find extra lenses. The lens could be darker and the service a bit faster - but all in all i'm very pleased

Customer experience is excellent
Customer experience is excellent. Product is perfect. 4 stars not five just because my order was out of stock and it was not mentioned during ordering. But coolframes overcame the issue and offered me a refund or to wait until the product is available which I gladly waited. Thanks
