Great product, wish shipping were quicker and not required signature as I had to go to post office. Amazon doesn't require that. Other than that great transaction!

I was able to find the frames that I was looking for at a wonderful price- less than half of what they cost at a local eyewear boutique! They shipped quickly and came in excellent condition. One caveat: If you are unhappy with your purchase, there is a hefty re-stocking fee. Be sure before you order.

The frames that I ordered stated that they came with a certificate of authenticity. Part of the reason why I ordered from Coolframes was that I was concerned about receiving authentic frames at such a low price compared to my local frame store. The fact that they didn't even require a copy of my prescription made me even more suspicious. However, they arrived without any such certificate. I contacted them to ask where it was, and they just assured me that it's authentic - and that was the end of it. When I revisit the product page now, the mention of the certificate of authenticity has been removed. I've contacted the manufacturer directly to see if Coolframes is indeed an authorized retailer and will update my review once I hear back. Had I known this would have happened, I wouldn't have ordered. I won't be ordering from them again. EDIT: I received a reply from both Coolframes (see above) and the manufacturer within an hour of posting this review. The manufacturer confirmed that they are indeed an authorized retailer of their products. I do feel more comfortable now with my purchase.

Glasses came as advertised but it took quite awhile for them to arrive. Overall I'm very happy!
