They have frames for sale that are not in stock, they say orders over $50.00 has free shipping but they charged me $29.00 for overnight delivery and its been 2 weeks now, and I had to change frames that were cheaper but some how it ended up the same price!! And as of today i still haven't received my product!! I will never order from Coolframes ever again!

If there were negative stars I'd have chosen that. This company prides itself on having absolutely ZERO customer service skills and profits from their customers every chance they get. You WILL NOT SEE a penny in return for any dissatisfaction or incorrect fit. Why, because the customer is a sucker and once they have your money you can only GIVE MORE to correct the issue. An recent attempt to exchange an ill-fitting pair of glasses was to PAY TO SHIP the original pair back, then PAY $60 for this, that and the other ... I am not sure which dictionary this group of thieves uses to define "exchange." STEER AS FAR AWAY FROM SHOPPING HERE AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN.

If this review could be less than one star it would. Customer service is terrible and the website is faulty. I am unable to communicate with them via any option on their website. I placed an order last week (quite a large one), but still have not received any indication on when I can expect the order to be processed and shipped. The frames we wanted we could only find on this website, which is the only reason the order was placed. I will NEVER deal with this organization again.

I’ve been since November when I bought my lenses having to send them back already for the 4th time because they keep doing the prescription wrong. I had good experience in the past but now I think that the good luck I had it was one time thing with coolframes

Read carefully the return policy! There is no way you will get a 100% refund!! Very very disappointed! Low customer service.

My package was never delivered and I was told to put in a claim for this package with fedex because cool frames couldn’t. I did. Months later still never received any solution. Been calling both fedex and cool frames weekly. Each company giving me the run around, one saying I have to call the next and the other saying the same. Then eton from cool frames seems annoyed and avoided my calls for weeks. As if I was a bother to him. I spent $1500 with cool frames. And that’s the kind of treatment I received. Still to this day I have received no solution and now I’ve been told to call my bank and make a claim. So unprofessional and very disappointed in something that could of been so simple. Now let’s see what the banks has to say four months later. Looks like I just lost $1500 with trusting cool frames and fedex with a package I spent my hard earned money on. Thanks a lot

Miserable customer service, poor products, untruthful advertising and crappy product.

Had a terrible experience recieving my glasses, took almost an extra week to send my frames. No apologies, common courtesy or any acknowledgement of the inconsiderate inconvenience created by coolframes. They completely handled the situation without care for clientel, especially this being my first time as a customer with cool frames, customer service is extremely poor and not considerate. Just happy my glasses are finally on the way, mist likely I will never purchase from coolframes again.
