I bought a pair of Tory Burch sunglasses that I already own in a different color. The price was much less than what I paid at Sunglass Hut, even with a discount. The packaging appeared genuine and the case is identical to the one I already got. They look authentic to me. I hope they are.

The frames I selected from XOXO are really classy - I'm loving them!

Excellent ordering experience, glasses were great. Needed tightening as I think the bars got loose during the lens changing. Overall satisfied.

Quick responses and processsing of my order, although the frames I had ordered weren't in stock. I still received them within a few days.

I really like these frames, for my first set of glasses I am surprised at how light and comfortable they are. I knew what I was getting because I tried them on in a store for $80 more. There was a bit of a mix-up in the free cleaning kit which I was charged for. The charges were reversed but the kit still isn't here. They did say it was back ordered so I'm not concerned. Staff are awesome to deal with.

I was satisfied with overall experience. However, the delivery was longer than expected. Also I had to pay handling charges but I wasn't made aware of the amount before hand.

I was looking for very specific brand of frames and found them here. The site was easy to navigate and my frames came in about 10 days.
