I ordered frames only. They came in a reasonable amount of time in good condition. I'm pleased with them. My only complaint is that I haven't received the free toolkit that was promised yet.

Coolframes placed and turned around my order very promptly. However, the Australian tracking system is a joke and letting down Coolframes efforts to provide a well informed speedy service. Here is a sample of my experience with Australia Post tracking: Message to Coolframes Hi Eli, well it is now fact, the USPS knows more about the internal movement of small parcels in Australia than Australia Post. My eyeglasses arrived today on Wednesday 01.02.17 AEST, I decided to check the tracking with United States Postal Service (USPS), and as was the case, it stated parcel delivered. Out of further curiosity, I checked Australia Post at the same time. According to Australia Post the parcel had not been delivered, even though I had them on my face. So as you can see, the Americans know more about where our parcel items are located domestically than Australia Post. Anyway I have my glasses now, and I am seeing a whole lot better. I hope my feedback on Australia Post assists further enquirers and gives some insight into Australia Post's Hillbilly tracking service. So if you do not mind waiting for your eyewear, and having little info about where they are in Australia, I recommend buying from Coolframes. Their service is prompt and the price is fantastic. I saved at least $300 on the Australian price.

My online experience was fine, but like most providers, the frame specifications did not include the height and the first frame I selected was too short for my progessive lense so I had to exchange my first frame for a second frame and pay an additional handling cost.

Got exactly what we ordered and came in timely matter.

They were very professional even when I needed to return them for not being exactly what was needed. Shipment and return was handled in a timely manner very satisfied

Got a set of hard to find frames. Web site is a bit confusing and misleading when ordering lens for the frames. Initially selected Gray transition lenses, however that got dropped latter on in the ordering process when upgrading to to a better quality lense. When called about this Coolframes was willing to correct for the added amount but I would have to pay for shipping back. Chose to wait to next year on my next set. Probably best to call and place the order than try to do it all on line!

The delivery experience was fantastic and I got my frame before time and in good condition. However, the frame size is smaller 53x17 instead of 56x17 that I had actually ordered.
