Gentleman explained process on how to exchange glasses with corrected prescription.

Happy I was able to find same frame that I needed. Got it at a great price, good service and follow up.

Great service. Great products, and honest products. thank you Cool Frames. It’s why I continue coming back to you!

I hade to wait a extra 7 days but other than that I love it thanks

I ordered regular non-prescription sunglasses I got exactly what I ordered and I got them in 10 days

A really great experience overall. Very fair pricing, glasses were perfectly made to order. I will return!!

Ordered because the price was better than most retailers. They emailed me to say the colour ordered wasn't in stock and it would take about three weeks to get back in. Then got an email four days later that item had shipped. Glasses were delivered quick, in perfect condition. I had them shipped to Canada and didn't even get hit with duty/taxes (that's more luck than on CoolFrames, but still great). I reached out once asking for a tracking number and they got back to me within an hour. Very pleased with purchase.

Quick fast surface accurate making of my prescription lenses, great product
