I ordered glasses 2 weeks ago and even now the order is still being processed. I tried calling during the business hours that THEY posted on the website and the number does not work. Any positive reviews are likely fake. If you're looking for budget glasses , just save your money this site it fake

I ordered prescription glasses from CoolFrames. The first time I received the glasses with one lens missing! I returned the item and told them about the problem. They sent a replacement with the lens popped out. I put it back in the frame but the RX was WRONG. Never ever again.

The prescription sunglasses were delivered after 40 days from purchase date. They turned out to be defective with the transition feature. Couldn’t neither read nor see at distance. CoolFrames refused to fix it or refund. So, I lost the money. This company is not reliable and you could loos your money or get a defective product.

I ordered two pairs of frames with overnight shipping. The next afternoon..no frames..”still processing” according to the website. Mind you, my glasses are broken, so I didn’t mind spending $29.99 on overnight shipping. I call up their customer service number to find out what the status is. The order is “still processing”, and only now they advise that there is a “1-4 day processing time”, and then the order ships. There was no mention of this at the time I placed the order. When I decided to cancel the order, only then do they mention the “$20 cancellation fee”. So I’m going to get charged $20 for their inability to do their job? Not likely!

I am truly sorry about your experience, we did get an order from you on the 08/19/2021 at 10:35 EST we went ahead the next day and ordered your frames fro you and would have shipped them to you probably on the following Tuesday. You requested a cancellation which is not a problem, but we could not cancel the shipment on our end and would have to then return the frames you no longer wanted, the $20 goes to cover the shipping fee to us and back to the factory. It is not to be mean or frustrate, we do say that shipping speed does not equal our processing time which is about 4 business days and we assume people read that prior to placing and order. I would be more than happy to to apply the $20 you lost to a future order with our store. Lee W.

Buyer Beware! Bought frames from them and get the total runaround on warranty return for defective frames. Restocking fees, return fees, what a ripoff!

Worst customer service I was not happy with the glasses I received

Thank you for your order, you have claimed to our staff that the item you received is a fake replica. this is a falsehood. Our optical store has been in business for over 23 years and all of our products come directly from each brands manufacturer. All of our frames are 100% legit and come with a 1 or 2 year warrant. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, they said 2 day shipping and it took about 3 weeks to get them. I contacted by email and was told that it was not their problem. One pair cam in with scratches on them and I called customer service 3 times on a cell phone and a land line was told they could not hear me when I started to explain the problem. So far I am very unhappy and would like the issues resolved. The scratches are on the frame from their install of the lenses, Not manufacturing defects. Carless lab. As far as their Warranty they claim Satisfaction Guarantee is a bunch of crap. They want me to ship the glasses to them first, leaving me with nothing and wait another month between shipping them out, waiting 10 days for them to make another pair then another week or more for them to ship back. Every time you do contact them with a question it is a 1 to 2 day wait for each pathetic response.

with all do respect the order for two frames were with custom progressive lenses, that's takes usually about 10 business days to complete, we shipped the order 5 days after order was placed. All items are under full warranty for one year frame and lenses. if something was received damaged we will replace it free of charge. Shipping method of two day air is not processing time. Lee W.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Coolframes had the glasses made by Oakley & they were made to the wrong prescription. Coolframes has yet to assume any of the liability & refuse to refund the money.

Order was completely refunded and we did agree as per Oakley to redo the lenses due to the Rx change your Doctor made. All Oakley products from authorized dealers is secure for a redo for 90 days as we had informed you.
