Excellent pair of glasses at a very reasonable price delivered to the UK swiftly. I would recommend CoolFrames. The only slight reservation is that their customer services department were not great at responding to emails quickly, however when they did respond they were extremely helpful. If ordering from the UK please be mindful of the import charges which were £25. I

I'm really satisfied with the three sets of eyeglasses frames I bought from the CoolFrames store. These are exactly what I need, I can't find these frames anywhere here in the Philippines so I had to order online from the US. Good customer service. Thank you! :D

Good selection, timely shipping, and very reasonable pricing. Online ordering was simple and straightforward. The optometrist was impressed with the frames and said he would be looking at CoolFrames.com himself.

I had a great experience with buying and returning my eyeglass frames that I ordered. Unfortunately, the frames were too big. My only complaint is that the restocking fee is too high for just putting it back into the computer for inventory and putting it back on the shelf. $50.00 was excessive. Thanks, Beck.

I was looking for a different color frame for about half of what I paid. I'm happy with the frames I got and the value is okay.

I only ordered Frames, great price! Now that I have my PD measurement will probably try buying the frames and lenses both.

I had to return frames that just didn't work for me and they were willing to work with me and responded promptly to my concerns and questions. They were very courteous.

The frames arrived quickly. There is a small, nicked spot over the bridge. Easily fixed though.
