That may be true, however our policies are available to read prior to making a purchase. we charge a restocking fee on returned items based on the fact we ship you the item without a shipping fee and if returned we have to incur the cost of shipping the item back to the dealer not to mention paying for shipping to us in the first place. Poor. Very poor. Had to send my glasses back because they sent me the opposite of what I ordered. I had to throw my glasses to the side and order from some where else which now I am satisfied by Pearl vision. Never again, I will order from cool frames. Then on top of it the frames were fake. Smh

Fake is something found maybe in pearl vision idk. We are an optical store in NY and the Givenchy frame you received is definitely an authentic item directly from Safilo group Italy, the maker of Givenchy at the time. Lee W.

*Update on my order. As of 27 January 2022 I still have not received a refund despite constantly chasing. They even sent me a receipt on 11 January saying they had refunded when they had not. * I placed an order on 7th July 2021 and as of 19th October 2021 I have still not received my order. On contacting CoolFrames I was informed that my order was being returned to them. I requested a full refund but was told I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee for a product I have never received!! Prompt response to emails but as yet no refund.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 9-15-21. They arrived 9-30-21. I opened the box to discover the sunglasses were not in there. I called the company and sent pics. Saying they will have to open investigation with USPS to see if driver can give info. The package required a signature, so we had to pick up at post office. I was told they weigh the glasses at warehouse to make sure they are in the box before shipping, so think USPS tampered with package.

I understand there are supply side issues. But waiting 4 weeks for an item when being told they will ship out in a few days, multiple times, is a bit much. Just tell the customer it will take weeks upfront. Communication was fine until .. I started asking to cancel the order .. I got no response for 12 days. And then I got an email that the items were being shipped out. Customer Service was about as poor as I've experienced in awhile. I hope they will honour their own return policy

I am super sorry the way your order was handled and especially for a return customer. If you are unhappy with the Persol frame you can surly return it and we will refund the order. It has been very difficult to get certain products in, but we should have kept you updated. I made a note on your account if you for any reason do not want the Persol. Again my sincere apologies. I bought my glasses in Aug spent almost 200 bucks. Because I wanted the frames and they were cheaper then my eye place here in slc. It's now Sept 17 and nothing. You won't even answer your phones saying your closed when your not supposed to be. . Please I'd like my glasses or my money back..
