Obtained frames from the US without any issues, but it did take about 10 days. Coolframes provided me with a US tracking number but this only tracked the frames to the border. Upon contacting them, they sent me a Canada Post tracking number that worked well

I had to wait too long for them to arrive and i had needed them sooner. Had to buy another frame .

happy with frames measurements great, got these for my son who has challenging behaviour, so being easy twist hope they last longer than main stream frames he usually has, nice colour blue, only fault i can say is they seemed a long time coming, but did come from america, also would advise any one looking at these to read the small print , had to pay tax excess before i could get them from postal service. so all in all not cheap. If they last a long time and live up to reviews i would purchase again in the future

The only thing was my frames took 5 days to dispatch after my credit card had been debited...then it took another 2 days for the tracking number to arrive. However, the glasses arrived promptly within 7 working days after dispatch (literally to the other side of the world from Brooklyn). They arrived well-packed and I love them!

CoolFrames has a great selection at very good prices. However, I recommend that you be sure the frames you order are exactly what you want. I ordered 2 pair - in 2 different orders. I liked the first ones I ordered and kept those. The second pair did not fit as well as expected, so I sent them back and had to pay a 20% restocking fee (plus return shipping) in spite of keeping the frames that I had just bought a couple of weeks before. I think 20% is too much and would not order from them again unless I was able to try the exact same thing elsewhere before ordering

I was very satisfied to be able to purchase beautiful frames that I had been unable to source in actual retail, at the best price online. The package arrived expediently, with notifications from cool frames at each stage of the ordering process and tracking of shipment. I did not receive a cleaning cloth as stated in package details at ordering. There is a scuff on the glasses case which cannot be removed. I would like to use the gift certificate on accessories such as a cleaning kit, but none appear to be available. Since I will not need a new pair of glasses for at least two years, the gift certificate is not really useful or an incentive to me. I would recommend cool frames to others.

The frame was perfect. It just took them longer to ship than most places.
