Just poor performance all round really
Just poor performance all round really. Updated due to (kinda rude) reply, It's poor because the glasses ordered did not match the prescription I provided. Also don't publish private information on a public channel. SMH.

Than you for your order which we received on 08/02/2021and shipped out 4 days later to Canada from the US international post, it took 2 weeks to get to you. What is it that is poor about our performance? Canada has been very strict with incoming packages during the last year. Disappointed
Recently purchased TB frame and the quality was very bad. The frames of the glasses were bent, so it was difficult to fit the lenses. It's still curved, so I feel dizzy when I wear glasses. I chosen Tom Brown frame instead of Cartier. I felt happy that i didn’t order Cartier.

This company is a rip-off and steer clear
This company is a rip-off and sent glasses to me with hardly any prescription and the wrong type of lens, all of which was verified by my eye doctor's office. They repeatedly continued to tell me I had put in an incorrect prescription when I had clearly indicated in my order to contact my eye doctor. But Cool Frames kept insisting it was me that had made the mistake. Like I would know how to write a prescription and make one up too!!! Then they told me the plastic lens was not refundable even with my type of prescription it wouldn't have been on the plastic lens. Steer clear of these folks.

Thank you for your purchase, we shipped the item the next day September 29th and a notice by the post office was left on October 1st to pick up the item directly from them, it it not our fault that you didn't go to the post office for 12 days. Lee W.

Buyer beware
I purchased these and was unhappy with the size. When I messaged about returning for a refund they wanted ti charge me a hefty restocking fee and only a 50% refund on the lenses claiming they were custom when they actually were not. I don’t recommend anyone buying from these people. I know I won’t

thank you for trying our store, the restocking fees are listed on our policy page and they are definitely not 50%, a 10% charge was assessed to your return and we will gladly apply that fee as a store credit in the future if you decide to purchase from us in the future. Lee W.
