Love these sunglasses. My only complaint is that they don’t have any mirror coating or darker lenses so you can see my eyes through them. The polarized lenses make my vision super sharp.

I was happy overall especially once I spoke to a live person. My frustration was trying over and over again to order frames and then to find they are backiedered. Very frustrating!!! It happened 3 times! Finally a wonderful gal in customer service helped me and checked availability and reserved them on the spot! I was on hold quite a while before she Answered but she solved all of my issues!!! Thank you! I’d like to suggest a way if it coming up at time of order if it’s not in stock.

I wanted to buy my specs online but to reduce postage rates, delivery times and hassles if the glasses needed to be returned to the purchaser for some reason, I wanted to choose a company in Australia. I found Coolframes.com.au and bought the frames I liked. I was taken aback when the order confirmation email turned up which indicated that coolframes was infact located in America and the .au at the end of the web address was a ruse. Needless to say I was very disappointed in this display of dishonesty and became worried that I may not receive my purchase. It all turned out Okay in the end, my frames turned up within a fortnight. The tracking number I was given stopped being updated after a few days. When I contacted coolframes about this they responded within 24 hrs. So an initially negative experience turned into an OK experience. Coolframe's customer service seems excellent but the initial dishonesty did cause me some angst for a fortnight until my purchase arrived.

Coolframes have the best sunglasses on the market if you want to look different and classy at the them time and their glasses are very reasonable prices...

USPS is not a best freight option to Brazil (maybe Fedex or UPS).
