Glass frames were a perfect fit for my lenses. Frame quality built👍👍. Delivery not outstanding like Amazon Prime,however I will order again when needed.

After over 5 weeks processing my order due to the fact that the manufacturer did not have my frames at the time, I finally received my Polaroid prescription sunglasses. It took a couple of days to get used to the progressive prescription in wraparound large lenses, however, I love them. Cool Frames nailed my prescription. My only complaint would be a lack of communicating to me about the delay and in providing tracking numbers.

The website was easy to use.....they sent out my glasses in a timely manner....I left one start out because I wasn't aware I had to pay duty....I didn't see that on their website....otherwise everything was a breeze. Overall I reccomend

other than a few glitches and still waiting on a product all was good!

Ordered new frame that you had in stock for my daughter. Came in a little over a week. Took them to vision location and had lenses from her broke glasses placed in new frames. Very nice frames in different color and saved us money by not replacing lenses.

Regular updates

Shipping to EU hurts a bit. Website UX is a bit confusing, for instance no possibility to add a product to the wishlist. Overall good experience, but I wish more frames images were available. Indicating exactly what's on the parcel hurts when shipping to EU where customs will add VAT + import tax, but it's more due to EU regulations. But a warning would be nice.
