It took a long time for delivery.

The timely manner in which I received my glasses was great. The ONLY issue I had was being told if I signed up for email and text messages I will get a percentage off so I did so. I was then given a promo code. Once I applied my code I was told that I was unable to receive that amount off because my frames were already at a low cost. No matter how much my frames cost I should have received the discount. Other than that everything was great!

Too long of a wait to receive glasses & not enough info about wait. Tracking always said just processing without any other information.

The frames I ordered arrived yesterday, 3/16/23 and were exactly as I ordered. The reason for my rating was how the order was handled. On 2/1/23 I found Coolframes online as you carried the frames I wanted. The website said the frames would be shipped within 3 days, so I ordered the frames on 2/1/23 and the company charged my cc for payment that day. Fine. Also on 2/1/23 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. A few days later, I received another email stating that the frame was “out of stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer which would take 14-20 (?) days.” I rescheduled my eye appointment to accommodate the change. Needless to say, I did not receive the frames before my rescheduled appointment. Last week I called the company and the nice rep called the manufacturer and said they had shipped and they would forward when received and to expect them 3/15 or 3/16. I received an email on 3/14 that the frames were shipped. In my case the frames are for vision and not just cool. The company should have not have charged me for the frames before they had them in stock.

All good except a small scratch on left lense.

Do not believe the frame color is correct. Should be teal is more navy Otherwise they are great

Not very pleased with how long it’s been taking to receive the glasses. It’s been over 2 weeks now and the tracking number is still saying 7 days for delivery. Wouldn’t buy from this site again

I of course love the style of the glasses (they were replacing same style I had before, just in another colour), but the blue frames I chose seems more iridescent blue than a solid blue like online photo. Also, maybe it was my goof-up but I wasn't expecting the bifocals to have the distinct, visible line on the lower half. It's actually not a line, but a raised rectangular-looking area inserted on/in the lenses for reading. I wasn't expecting that. I thought they would be invisible as all my other glasses I've had have been (combined lenses for distance/reading). I do like them still, but it's been difficult adjusting to the visible demarcation line when when wearing them as the visual difference is so pronounced if I moved my head even a little bit up/down - a blurry transition that I'm not sure I'll get use to (or want to). My first time ordering from Cool Frames and I heard such good things about them and referrals, but this pair of glasses isn't quite what I was hoping for.
