I bought a set of mykita glasses and lenses from CoolFrames 1.5 years ago. I have been wearing glasses for over 15 years and I have never had the film or coating from my glasses come off. With CoolFrame they did. The company needs to get a better lens manufacturer or increase the warranty otherwise. I couldn't get better lenses nor could I get them replaced but I hope I can help other customers avoid poor quality lenses.

One lense seems to be cut wrong. Blurry spots.

Obviously not real Maui Jim’s. First pair I got had the lens pop out in a week. Replaced them, although received out of the blue about a year later and are totally bent. The worst. Buyer beware.

Chose this company because of the frame selection. First order took 7 weeks and several phone call reminders. Second order 2 months later did not follow the progressive Rx from the previous order. Terrible customers service; offered me replacement progressive lenses that cost more then either of my two compete eyeglass orders.

Before buying I searched reviews. Wish I’d seen the BBB D- review before I ordered. Cool frames was one of the few places that carried the Hilco brand of safety glasses I needed for work. I have bifocals. When I got them, one lens was fine but the other was set crooked. I followed return protocol (Got return authorization & PAID for return postage) & got back the same glasses from them - not fixed. I called back & was told they’d done all they would do. Satisfaction guaranteed?? Year warranty? Don’t believe it!! They got me for $400 & I can’t wear the glasses because they make me dizzy. Buy elsewhere!! 11/16/22-I was contacted by coolframes & promised help, but to date there are still no results.

I'd give zero stars. Their lenses are crap and they don't take responsibility for their unacceptable lenses. No ability to return without losing half of what you pay for restocking and lens non-refundable fees. Their customer service is worthless. Beware and know that these are not optometrist level lenses. They'll give you a migraine and make your head spin. Completely useless product!!!

Don't even try to buy glasses here. Cool Frames lists allegedly discontinued frames on their site, sells them to you, confirms the sale and tells you your glasses are being made or on their way, THEN tells you the frames (in my case, two different frames from two different manufacturers) have been discontinued. What an utter waste of my time and effort.

I ordered some cartier glasses for 1095.00.I received they was damaged, I spoke to Sam she claims was going to send me some new glasses 3 days later, I received the same glasses states she was able to fix them. this company is a fraud be careful when buying from them. they are rude and very unprofessional I'm also going to contact the better business b
