I knew exactly which frames I wanted, & checked several sources in addition to CoolFrames. The ones advertising better prices couldn't deliver (one was an obvious scam), & the "mainstream" sites were more expensive. CoolFrames shipped quickly, the product was perfect, & they handled my "special order" request very expeditiously. No reservations in recommending.

CoolFrames delivered for me on all fronts. I saw a frame that was perfect for me at a local Target store (in-store Optical dept) and they quoted me $250 after discount. The exact same frame and prescription came to $165 at CoolFrames AND included lenses with AR, AS, and High Index too (1.67). I found their Website is easy to use, the ordering process simple and I got my new glasses within 6 days. Will absolutely shop with them again.

I almost didn't order my glasses from Cool Frames but I had such bad luck with LensCrafters and Pearle that I thought what the heck. Found a pair of frames and had them priced and then checked Cool Frames and the glasses, with the same options, were 2/3 less than what Bard quoted me. Received glasses and they were perfect! They even bent the frames to fit my face and they were perfect. Without a fitting. They know what they're doing. I have had so many adjustments with prior eyeglass purchases and they could never get it right. My glasses from Cool Frames were perfect the first time and I've been wearing them for 4 years now! Thank goodness my prescription has not changed!
