Good selection of frames and at good prices with regular promotions. Item arrived well packaged and as described. For UK shoppers, you need to be aware that as items are shipped from the US you'll be charged VAT +/- customs duty and £8 post office handling fee on receipt.

I felt that the communication from Cool Frames was very good. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I felt their prices were a little higher than other websites, but they had a style I couldn't find elsewhere.

The frames I order were good. The website is good. Shipping was I bit longer then a would like. A bit more expensive than other sites .

Shipping takes a while as they just distribute from manufacturers and have to order them but other than that recommend

The product was as I had hoped for. Delivery was longer than I had expected as my shipment first went to the neighboring province, not directly to my province. Why, I am not sure!

I'd heard bad things about getting glasses online, but this was a great experience! Fast delivery, had frames I wanted that were discontinued elsewhere - no issues. Glad to recommend coolframes.com to others!

I really liked the frames I purchased and dealing with CoolFrames was hassle free. However; I had to return the frames because the place where I get the actual lenses would not use a frame bought outside their own store. Luckily I returned them within the allowed time (only 10 days) and received a refund. The only reason I rated them 4 stars rather than 5 stars is because CoolFrames charges a 20% restocking fee for all returns. I have never had to pay a restocking fee before on any returns from any site.
