I will admit that I visited a review site after placing my order. I was a bit nervous as there were some bad ones. All was for naught. The ordering process was easy, I was kept informed as to the steps involved in assembling the glasses and again when they were on their way to me. I will easily order from coolframes again.

These glasses are now on sale for less but this was the best price at the time. Coulda woulda shoulda waited but hey it was a gift.

Gave me a great price on a very high quality frame. Someone had given me incorrect information about the colors available in the frame, but I communicated this to them, they corrected the problem immediately, apologized for the mistake they'd made and gave me a break on the price as compensation. This is what very good customer service looks like. I'd happily buy frames from then again.

I purchased a pair of Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses from Cool Frames. They were significantly less than at Saks or D&G’s site. They arrived fairly quickly, very nicely packaged. The glasses are authentic with proper documentation, packaging. I love them, the fit is just slightly large but; would definitely purchase from them again. A super place to get on-trend items for less.
