The frames did not fit my lenses. I finally needed to call to discuss a return and was told there is a 20% restocking fee which I did not see on their website. This is my last order from Cool Frames

There’s glasses aren’t worth the price it’s selling for, these glasses are cheaply made, almost too thin for prescriptive lenses.

Rude, can't be bothered to call when their appointment says they will. One price online, another much higher if you use insurance.

Awful experience. I was shipped the wrong glasses all together. They were purchased for a Christmas gift and would have been here well in time for Christmas but with the error now will not arrive on time. You could make the return label overnight shipping so I don’t have to wait for you to get the glasses you messed up on before I can get the ones I actually ordered.
