Great bargin on quality frames
Great bargin on quality frames. Easy to use website, good email confirmation and progress reports. Only dissappointment was the USPS shipping - they shipped the frames to Canada by mistake so it added 10 days to the delivery time. Not Coolframes fault though.

To be completely honest with you i have seen that from the post office before and do not have a logical explanation for you as to why a parcel would head to Canada first on its was to Australia is completely beyond us. i am happy you finally got your frame and hope you enjoy them. our apologies for the frustration. Lack communication of status
Lack communication of status, but did receive the side shields in a timely manner and were in great condition. Very happy overall, but wish the communication had been better about the status of my order.

The first call I made was
The first call I made was the most helpful. I think the lady I spoke with was Claire. The other person was a young man. I would order again if I see a frame that I like.

These frames are so light and comfortable to wear. I have two pairs, regular and sunglasses. I’m just happy I found you still have them.

The frames are excellent and accurately…
The frames are excellent and accurately described. The only thing that would have helped is faster shipping. There is a reason I use Amazon and eBay it's the fast shipping. These took about a week to get to me and it was just the frames, no lenses.
