Great no hassle warranty policy. My lens got scratched after 6 months. Not sure how it happened . In any case cool frames changed them at no cost. I just had to pay for shipping. I think that is reasonable.

I couldn't believe how much money I saved by purchasing my frames from Cool Frames. If I had purchased them from an eye doctor's office, they would have cost over twice the amount. I had the lens put in from another place. I'm enjoying wearing them and receiving compliments.

They came in a beautiful case with cleaning fluid and a small screwdriver should you need to adjust them. Excellent in every way!

I love the glasses, but I had to deal with the people at the store, to order something else, and they charged me less that what I should have paid. And when they called me, she was talking about some racial jokes when I answered, and then they basically accused me of making the cost less than what it should have been. The store can definitely work on customer service etiquette.

Receive everything as ordered and in excellent condition!
