I'm really happy with my glasses. They look and fit great. Frames are classy. I measured my old glasses and found a similar frame and they fit perfect. I went with the Essilor Polycarbonate lenses with the Crizal Prevencia. Right away I notice the glare and blue light reduction. If you're contemplating getting an anti-glare coating I'd highly recommend doing it. I have difficulty with glare and bright lights at night so these are the right ones for me. Also, looking at the computer screen is much calmer for my eyes (less strain).

These guys/gals are great! The frames we ordered were not right so we sent them back along with my husband's old frames. They went above and beyond to get the right frames and we had them in hand all within 2 weeks. Excellent customer service!!! The employees that assisted us we very kind and helpful through the process. Sad to say we were shocked at how easy coolframes made the exchange. Customer service is sorely lacking in a lot of stores but not here! Another benefit was we were kept up to date on the status of the order from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Clearly the best in the field “I would like to thank Coolframes.com, especially their employee Kim for service that quite frankly I find amazing. My favorite eyeglass frames were purchased in Paris in 2009. I brought them out of my closet and had new lenses installed last year, as I relearned how amazing they were and could not find a new alternative that I Iiked. Unfortunately I scratched the metal and in an attempt to repaint the scratches, ruined them. Kim called the manufacturer in Paris who located a very similar pair in a warehouse in France and had them shipped to Brooklyn for me. Not only that, but she arranged to have the lenses in my old frames put into the new frames from the warehouse in Paris and shipped them to me in Florida. Truly amazing! And.... Kim was able to discount the price by $40.00. You just can't find that level of customer service today, anywhere in our country! I will be a customer for the rest of my life.
