I am very happy with my glasses. They look great, feel great and i like that you can see how they look on your face before you buy them. Only problem i had was that when you go to the shipping it says you will recieve your glasses express and in 2-3 days but instead it take 2 weeks. I was charged 14.99 thinking i was getting them very fast. This should be explained at checkout that its adternyour glasses and lenses are put together at that point when it is shipped its faster. I would not have paid 14.99 if i would have known this.

Pros Awesome amount and variety of frames to choose from. Very helpful customer service. Frames can be much less than in Optical stores. Easy return process. Cons Website search for frames could be more effective for customers. I found the "narrow your search" parameters to be inaccurate. I suggest that you add a field for frame size small, medium and large. The cart empties way to fast. I signed in and searched for well over an hour placing 18 frames in my cart. The next day cart was empty. Biggest con for me is the cost of returning frames. First return you pay shipping and $9.99 and get a credit for amount of the frame you return. Second frame you return costs you another label and a fee if 20%. Although I love the frame I ended up with my total cost was about $160 instead of $130. For this reason alone I doubt that I will purchase from Cool frames next time.

The ordering process was easy and my frames arrived super quickly. They were really affordable, but are sturdy. The only thing I would change is the darkness of the frame. I ordered a tortoise shell print, which is almost impossible to see because the frames are so dark. It just looks black. Overall, it was a great experience and I really like my new frames!

I was happy that it was so easy to order the frame that my husband already had but I accidentally sat on. The pricing was awesome and the speed of the order and delivery was great. My only disappointment was something that couldn't be helped and certainly not your fault. The frame was not as blue as his original but I know there are dye lots that make each different. Thanks again for my order being handled with care!!!!

Good price on frames, they arrived quickly. One bow was warped/not aligned. Customer service said my local optician could fix it, and that happened. Be sure you know what frame size will look good/fit you before buying online. Their return policy is quite restrictive.
