They didn't give me an option for shipping. LA is having issues with theft with USPS. I haven't received my glasses even though they were "signed for". The signature it's from an N COD. I have filed a report with USPS. Cool frames says they can't replace my glasses for at least 20 days. So I have no glasses to review.

Havev not received my frames after 3 weeks. I made3 an appointment for a call from you about insurance the next and no one called. I then called your customer service to complain and was told that someone will get in touch with me and no one has since done so.

It’s now been a month and I have not received my glasses. It’s been over a week since I’ve been notified that they shipped but the link to track my order provided no information. I asked for a receipt so I could submit this expense to my benefit plan and have never gotten a response. Now I’m getting emails from Cool frames that I can complete my purchase of the very glasses I’ve already purchased.

Placed my order for just frames, called on the 16th to get an update, was told they are not in stock and a call would have to be placed to manufacturer. The rep stated she would return with an update within the next few hours. No call. I completed an online inquiry. No response Tracking number stated delivering 1/20 did not receive until 1/24

My glasses arrived and the prescription was wrong. I could not read at all through the lower part of the glasses. I called customer service and got possibly the rudest customer service agent ever. She told me glasses are “non refundable” and “we didn’t do anything wrong” despite the fact that I couldn’t read. She told me to mark the lenses where my pupils are and send them back to be redone. I’m waiting to see what happens. But if I had known that they take a position that glasses are non refundable even when the prescription is screwed up, I never would have ordered from them.
