I had to call CoolFrames because the glasses i ordered were on backorder and know one called to notify me. I like my frames but the communication needs to be better.

It took a while to arrive. There wasn't much email communication prior to the shipment. Otherwise, the glasses arrived as described.

Great selection and customer service but I was disappointed that the two different multi colored frames I ordered were both shown on the CF website to have uniform patterns, but the ones I received had random patterns. When I contacted CF about exchanging them for ones with uniform patterns, I was told that they have no control over the pattern. I returned both frames and was promptly refunded, (minus CF's 20% restocking fee).

Good selection. Shipping was pretty fast. CoolFrames in general did a great job. The frames I ordered were gunmetal in color, the photo showed a darker gunmetal. They arrived silver and contacting the company that makes the frames, Fundimentals, said that is there color of gunmetal. Nice glasses, just trying to decide if I like silver.

I bought Modern Marilyn frames in teal and have been wearing them for two years. Strangers compliment me on them! More important, they are a good size for my progressive lenses; I like them so much that I ordered a second identical pair for my new prescription. Sadly, they are not identical -- the clear area around the bridge is bigger and the teal area is smaller. Service was fast, but ordering online meant I couldn't really get what I wanted.

My experience with sales supervisor Anthony was great. He was very helpful with helping me make my purchase. He also made sure I got the sale price for my cazal glasses.

Shipping was slower than I would have liked. I figured because it was a Canadian site, the glasses were coming from Canada, instead the come from the States. Tracking my shipment was a struggle. The prices are reasonable.
