Shady company. stay away

Although it is completely my fault for misreading, a fee of 35$ for a return is abusive especially if the return is done in the delay that was prescribed (less than 10 days).

Ordered my frames, five weeks later received a package with frames for someone else. Where my frames got to is a mystery. Re-ordered, but on back order, no idea as to when I will get them. Not sure I would try this again.

Coolframes.com sells frames that are not in stock and are on back order for months. Why? What a frustration.

Unprofessional, unresponsive and dismissive. Didn't call my name. Didn't explain how to place an order. Only gave very vague instructions "Thank you for contacting us. We can send you an invoice to place your order." and when i asked how exactly does that work, I got ghosted. LOL. Can't imagine doing business with this kind of behavior.

Took too long for an overnight shipment 20+days.

Ordered glasses in Dec of 2022. Had to call multiple times to see why I hadn't received them. Was told more than once glasses would arrive in 2 days. After a month they never arrived. Called again for refund. Now they claimed they were in & could get them to me in 2 today's. Not even for a discounted price for the inconvenience. It was too late. I just wanted my refund. Tired of the runaround! I don't believe they had them. They were probably stalling for more time.
