Cool FramesReviews of coolframes.com

Affordable prices. Complete selection of frames. Quick easy sales process. Tracks the package for you. 100% honest company.

Absolutely no reservations in recommending or placing additional orders! My Overall experience from start to finish was Excellent! Customer service representative, Samantha was the best! She guided me through the process - lens options, emailing of prescription, etc; and it comes with a warranty! However, as with any warranty, strict stipulations apply, but that's for both their protection and mine. I've recommended this company to both friends and family! Because I was eager to obtain my frames, I would check my email for updates,... and they were there! Just another reason to do business with a customer focused company! Job very well done!

Great company to work with, frames delivered quickly.

I was so nervous about ordering glasses online. Who does that?! Well, I did and I'm so happy with the results! The ordering was easy and my glasses are perfect!

This was my first purchase of frames (only) from CoolFrames and they made the purchase easy and enjoyable. So many frames to choose from, lots of color options, and about 1/2 the price of brick and mortar stores. I was searching for a particular pair of Bebe frames in a particular color and was able to find just what I was looking for at CoolFrames!

Excellent service...kept me updated on tracking my order and I Love my glasses, fit well and prescription just right

Great glasses. Decent price.

Easy to order, prices are great and delivered on time. Love them!!!
