I have ordered twice from coolframes and had a great experience both times! I like ordering from them since I know they are an authorized dealer of the brands they carry. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was disappointed with their price match policy—or really, their lack of response to their price match program. I submitted a price match request twice and no one ever responded so I gave up.

I found it very easy to work with CoolFrames.com over the telephone, once I initially placed my order online. They took my insurance information and immediately sent me an invoice showing how much I owed after insurance was applied. My only issue was later when I logged into my account to find out the status of my order (several different times)...it kept saying 'COMPLETE'. So, I ended up calling to find out the actual status, which is when they told me that 'complete' meant that merely my billing/payment was complete. If felt that the website should have been more specific. Ultimately, I received an e-mail notification that my order had been shipped. But, up until that point, I was a little uncertain as to what was going on. All that being said, I was very happy with my glasses once they arrived!

I wished you had told me that I had to be home to SIGN for it with my signature to get the parcel. It was delayed by almost a week because I wasn't home to sign for it and they wouldn't put it in front of my door. This was a hassle.

I am pleased with my purchase (price and quality). I bought the frames on-line and had lenses done through a local vision center. The frames fit well and everything worked out fine. I think it worked out well because I tried on the style of frames locally and knew specifically what I wanted to buy on-line.
