Glasses were fine and price was competitive to other sites. The wait was a bit longer than other online retailers I've used.

My glasses arrived and 1 pair is crooked . The arms are very uneven. Very disappointing

It took 3& half weeks to get my glasses. They are very good.

Liked. Frames were out of stock. They immediately contacted me with dates and options. Glasses got here and they are amazing. The lenses are absolutely perfect. Very happy. Dislike. Service after the fact. Email a little over a week ago saying my glasses were shipped and tracking info inside. No tracking info and no tracking info anywhere in my account on the website. I emailed right away for help, no response. I emailed again a week later. No response. Got the glasses. Still no response. I love the glasses and the lenses are great, but if i had an issue and had to exchange or return i would be VERY scared due to the utter terrible service. Will probably try again in the future, but we will see.

Frames were ordered on April 5. We received them on April 19. When I called on April 12, I was told they were lost in transition from the manufacturer and reordered. And upon arrival would be sent to us express. I shouldn’t have to call to find out this information and nothing was in turn sent express. Otherwise the frames were of good quality.

The website is unclear. I ordered sport goggles for protection while wearing contacts. I did not need a prescription. When they arrived, they have demo lenses in them that have to be removed and replaced with safety lenses at an optometrist’s.

It took forever to process. I should have just took the free shipping instead of 2 days priority since it took y’all so long
