Paid more than 50$ for express delivery. Glasses received after more than 3 weeks

It took almost 3 weeks for me to get them and the lenses that they put in were wrong.

This is my second review…. Just some updates. After wearing my new glasses for a day I noticed that the hinges are really loose. So loose hinges and a terrible paint finish to my new glasses. I like the style of the Captains but come on….. the quality is the same as a dollar store. Make it better….. do better Cool Frames.

The purchase and delivery went great. Unfortunately the glasses did not fit me and I had to request a refund. That's when I was notified about the 20% they would "charge" me for the refund. Besides, I had to pay $7 to send the package back because they did not provide a return label. I haven't received the credit yet, but let's hope it go smoothly.

I guess i ordered grey lenses - thought I was ordering regular clear lenses. Wasn't very apparent during the ordering process.

I bought the same brand a few years ago at Costco. I love them so much and Costco does not carry them anylonger. I saw them on your website, so I ordered them. I am sorry to say but the quality is quite inferior. The plastic is thin and I am afraid they will break easily

Colors of frames are advertised and wide selection but twice after ordering was notified my color not in stock.

The first pair I ordered included lenses, with the extra options. They were great at first, but over time the lenses become hazy. They look kind of milky, but don’t come clean. The second pair of frames I ordered (without lenses this time) took two weeks, despite the promise of fast delivery!
