I love my glasses from Cool Frames. I received them in a timely manner, they look great and the prescription was on point! I will be using Cool Frames again and again.

This was a great experience. Customer service has the most helpful and polite people taking calls. I had an issue with one pair that I ordered. I mailed the pair back to them within 10 days. It was corrected immediately and I had my glasses in no time. All of their requirements for returns are listed on their site. I then wanted to verify that I was doing the right thing, so I called customer service to confirm. You can’t go wrong! I will definitely be using CoolFrames again in the future!

This time there were no mistakes and helpful. Be sure to call if you have Prism in lenses. Got them quicker than expected.

After my order was sent I received an email a few days later stating the frames were on back order. I called to say I'd wait for them. They had all my info at hand, answered questions and assured me updates would be sent. I received my glasses 2 weeks earlier than the date given. They are correct lenses and the exact frames I ordered. Will use Cool Frames again.

I placed the order on line for the frames I have already had two pair of glasses in. I love them that much! I was able to get a color I had always wanted, but had never known was available, dark red. I had them shipped to my eye doctor, so they could place the order for my new glasses. As soon as I placed the order, I noticed the shipping address was my own. I called, they changed it right away, and the order was received with no issues. I now have them and they are beautiful!

Returning customer, great service/customer support and the plus side great prices, i don't bother anymore buying locally.
