Thank you very much for your feedback and for giving us a try! We are very glad to be able to replace your frames under the manufacturer's warranty. We do apologize if the processing fee ($9.95) and the reshipment ($12.00 for International Customers) was not made explicitly clear. As an aside, if you can let us know what courier you had used we can maybe integrate that into our system! Please feel free to reach out to us if you ever have any questions or concerns in the future. Thanks again, Anthony 1-888-293-4755

Thank you very much for your feedback and for giving us a try! We are very glad to be able to get the frames you needed. Unfortunately we don't have any control over customs/duties that are assessed by your local government; we do our best to try to make this as clear as possible during the checkout process to keep our customers aware. We hope you continue to enjoy your new frames, and if you ever have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us directly! Thanks again, Anthony 1-888-293-4755

Thank you very much for your patronage with us! As authorized retailers with Tory Burch, we do get our inventory directly from their manufacturer, and as such it may be possible that the frames are slightly different in terms of production over 4 years. As an aside, your frames are also covered for a 1 year warranty against manufacturer's defects. Please feel free to reach out to us if you ever have any additional questions/concerns. Thanks again, Anthony 1-888-293-4755
