Thank you very much for giving us a try, and for your feedback! We are very happy to hear that we were able to provide you a good shopping experience, and we hope that you are currently enjoying your new glasses! Your order should have included a Cool Cash (Gift Card) balance; they do not expire, are transferable, and can be applied toward a future purchase. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. 1-888-293-4755

Thank you for giving us a try, and for your feedback! We are glad to have been able to obtain the correct part for your Silhouette frame, but we are sorry to hear that your frame had faded and no longer matched the original color of the temple. Unfortunately as authorized retailers with our manufacturers, they do assess a 20% restocking fee for items that are returned to them; alternatively you can have the part exchanged for a credit for the full value of the item. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. 1-888-293-4755
