I was delighted to find the exact frame that my 95 year old mother-in-law has been wearing for years on your site at a decent price. She has dementia and would have refused to wear glasses which she could not identify as hers. I could not find the same frames locally but found them on your site, ordered them easily using the information found on the old frames, and had a local optician switch the frames. Voila! everyone is happy! Glasses arrived quickly and in great shape. Thank you!!

The sunglasses were as described & true to manufacture. The delivery was not so smooth sailing. Their on shipping in Australia is Australia Post, I would recommend that as soon as you receive the track email notification, you track. As we are classified as regional NSW, AusPost did not deliver parcels to us, but I did not receive a parcel pick up card. I had to chase them. My parcel was at the local post office for 7days.

Very happy with this purchase. Quality frames and the finished product was top notch. As good or better than purchasing them at local eyeglass store. I made a last minute change to shipping and CoolFrames handled it with no problem.
