I had absolutely NO Prob with CoolFrames AT ALL ! But USPS ...!
I had absolutely NO problem with CoolFrames AT ALL ! However, the USPS (United States Post Office) delivery was a JOKE !!! Package was lost twice with a week delay in delivery. Get the upgrade delivery for sure !

Great quality
Great quality. Prescrip was accurate. Making me aware of order progress was a plus. Very pleased with order process and quality.

Easy purchase process with good updates
I appreciate that CoolFrames was selling my frames which have already broken twice due to poor manufacturing quality. By replacing the inexpensive frames multiple times, I am delaying the large expense of replacing the lenses.

Good except for Shipping Time
Everything was great except the time it took for the frames to get shipped was too long; otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Good overall
HI, pleased with the frame and the price, and it was delivered with plastic non prescription lenses which I liked, but disappointed it appears I may not be able to claim on my private health insurance, which means I'm out of pocket $165. Also the 1800 number for australia is always closed. cheers
