I got exactly what I ordered (believe me I’m not easy to please when it comes to glasses). I got the frames that I love that no other stores had because it wasn’t “in” right now. With my updated prescription, and I got all the nice upgrades you want with your glasses all being so much more affordable than anywhere else. The customer service was great and I’m glad I didn’t have to spend a fortune to get what I wanted. I’ve never ordered glasses online before, but now I think I will never go to a store again!

User friendly website with excellent quality images of a wide range of specs and clear specifics upon ordering. Not ordering from USA before I overlooked the custom tax payable on delivery to UK which added£25 to my £135 for a classy Flexon semi rimmed. Still fantastic value as i had high index/ polish prescription lenses. I was overjoyed with their fit, straight out of the box with no adjustment necessary, so comfortable to wear. All communications and questions were swiftly dealt with and 10 days from order to receiving - very pleasing procedure all round.
