CoolFrames was easy and great. The frames I ordered were not available in the color I wanted. CoolFrames responded promptly to give me the information that I could order in another color. I did. The frames were sent to me with quick delivery and packaged well. Unfortunately, I was not notified that the package would need signature upon delivery; I wasn't home and the package went back to the post office on a long holiday weekend delaying my ability to get them to my eyeglasses office for adding the prescription lenses.

I’d been looking for a particular style frame for months, and had found a few that cam close to the look I was after but they were super expensive and not quite right. 3 minutes on the CoolFrames website and I not only had the exact frame I envisioned but they were in stock and shipped right away and a great value.
