I would order again. CoolFrames had the best price for the (discontinued?) BeBe frames that I was looking all over the internet for. I did not have lenses put in my glasses, but the frames arrived quickly. I love the glasses that I got from my ophthalmologist and wanted a backup pair. I found CoolFrames through a google search and I'm so glad I took a chance on this company. I would order again.

This company is the real deal, they are awesome. I am usually reluctant to purchase items online, but my experience purchasing frames from this company was better than a retail store. I have worn glasses since I was a kid, lately I realized the styles and quality of frames in the chain store were awful, and in the boutique stores too expensive. However, I found a pair I really loved - the boutique store wanted to charge me 3 times more than the same frames from Cool Frames. And, CF customer service was responsive. If you are an long term eyeglass user like me, you can't find a better deal and service than Cool Frames.

Received way more than I expected when I ordered frames. Not only did i receive exactly what i ordered but was pleasantly surprised to find a very nice case, 2 cleaning cloths and a mini screwdriver with both Philips Head and regular bits
