Recd order pretty quickly and pretty much as expected except I didnt realize the brand stamp would be on the non-script lenses. (I just wanted clear lenses.) One pair of glasses caused a contact dermatitis where the frames set on the bridge of my nose. Be sure to wash them before you wear them.

Good selection and reasonable prices. I bought two frames but had to return one pair because they didn’t suit me. My complaint regards return policy. You have to pay for return postage and restocking fee.

Frames arrived in perfect condition, even tucked nicely in a case with bonus clip on shades. Not at all bad, considering the cost $100 less than at the mall! My only qualm is that the case had a very unpleasant odour so I won't be using it.

Ordered some glasses from this company as the frames I wanted (Silhouette) were difficult to source locally, also they offered a reasonable price. Order placed 22nd Aug and the company emailed updates at each stage finally despatching on 5th Sep. Glasses arrived yesterday nicely packaged and as ordered. Only downside was that customs charged me an extra £47.68 which seemed quite a lot, although probably still a little cheaper overall than the UK. No problems with the company and some of the delay may have been the Silhouette supplier but be aware that HMRC may add the VAT and Customs duty and that delivery is no overly fast.
