I was very disappointed when receiving my glasses. The glasses did not come with the prescription lens that I had provided when ordering. I am now having to wait to see where I am going to get new glasses from. Is there anything you guys can do to fix my order??

Place order three weeks ago—called one week ago—told it would be shipped last Monday. Called today—“we aren’t sure where we are with this order—will call our lab”.

Horrible Customer Service. I ordered frames and lenses under the assumption they would ship within 7-10 days, and even paid extra for overnight shipping. After 10 days, I had to call multiple times to get status updates. I was promised that they were just "being checked by the quality team" and that they would ship out the next day. When I checked the status again the next day, nothing had changed. I called back again and was again promised they would ship out, and that I would receive a phone call from them following up and confirming. No phone call. The only offer they made was to refund me the overnight shipping price by changing the way they shipped (Standard Ground)... What a joke.

Can't See - Frames look great, I can't see out of them at all. I will be taking them elsewhere to find out what happened to the prescription - as these clearly were either a.) My Eye Doctor wrote the wrong presciption, or b.) Cool Frames put in an incorrect prescription. We'll see how this is handles by Cool Frames after I find out what happened. May be just a humun error, but that makes it impossible for me to see, drive, get on my computer, etc.

Buyer beware of shady discount website. You know what they say; you get what you pay for . My glasses arrived with the lenses popped out. I wrote to customer service as the website and subsequent emails say they are 24/7. I wrote to them on Friday and have received no response five days later.
