Purchased only frames, paid for overnight delivery and did not receive frames for 3 business days.

Initialnpair came as expected, frames broke under warranty. Warranty rework came back covered in glue. Glue on frames and lenses, the lenses werent properly secured: rattled in frame, corners of lenses scuffed up. If coolframes gets it right this time the review will go up, if not would say 2 stars.

I found the website easy to navigate and the total cost affordable. The only thing is when I received my glasses (after nearly a month after I placed the order.. however it was Christmas time so mail was busy I understand) The lenses were the opposite strength than I needed. (+3.25 instead of -3.25) I am not entirely sure how this mistake was made as I am sure I double checked everything I had entered was correct before I pressed submit! I do have to say that I did not include a copy of the actual prescription when I ordered the glasses, which would have been a double check for them I imagine. I emailed customer service and they responded quite quickly saying I could send them back, they would change the lenses I would just have to pay a $10 reprocessing fee and shipping both ways. As I had already spent $200 on these glasses and they were completely useless to me at this point I did send them back and pay the fees. I received my glasses in the mail yesterday and I am very happy with them! Not a bad experience over all, finished product is great just disappointed I had to spend more than I was expecting to

I was worried to be honest with all the bad reviews and I thought you cant really judge something until you experience it yourself!! I got the pair i ordered and i was concerned with the glasses when they didnt transition like they should have ended up working out and I can only assume the sun wasnt bright enough lol but I did have to make a call to their customer service ...they didnt seem to care about my problem and told me yeah you can send them back but you have to pay to have them sent back ...Working in customer service for 9 years myself I know that "the customer is always right" is hard to live by and sometimes the customer is not always right being one myself but showing some kind of emotion or just any kind of concern would have been appreciated but I didnt receive either! Almost made me feel like its a gamble and you lost kinda of attitude. I was lucky and got what I ordered but if your not so lucky they dont seem to be apologetic.

I bought a pair of frames to replace my current ones. The frames are discontinued, so I would assume they should be at least discounted but had to pay full retail price. Otherwise, the frame was good.

Apparently it's my fault for not checking the fine print and paying for next day air at 25.00 and getting it in 6 days.
