The glasses took a long time to get delivered. When they arrived the colors were not the same as the pictures on the website. I returned them and they insisted on changing me 10% of the cost for restocking fees!!!??? REALLY!!??? Will not be returning

Horrible customer service. Rude and not helpful. My prescription was not filled correctly. The power was fine but the Pupillary distance was ordered as 60, however the glasses received had a PD of 68. I cannot see out of my glasses. They wanted me to pay to have them shipped back to fix their error! I emailed and got no response. I was on hold forever and when they finally picked up hung up on me when I explained my issue and that my optometrist verified it was not the correct prescription.

Received email after order was placed about color of SL500 not in stock. Advised team was okay with waiting until April to receive my desired pair. Received confirmation of shipping info. Received wrong color after waiting 1+ month. Emailed team, offered 10% off my purchase. Was expecting more from such online retailer. Will most likely take my business elsewhere.
