great customer service pity about the couriers
Coolframes service and price was so good I ordered a second pair of Ralph Lauren sunglasses. The first pair ordered arrived in the uk within two weeks, unfortunately the second pair had been misdirected by the couriers and was languishing in a Canadian customs facility for nine days. I contacted Coolframes who responded immediately and resolved the situation. I assume the couriers didnt know where the UK was haha I have now received the glasses alls well that ends well
