I could not find the frame style I wanted at my local optometrist, and they would not special order so I thought I would try online. Cool Frames had the frames I wanted and I ordered. The turnaround time was very quick and the price was about $80 less. Received the frames and wore them for about a week and felt the start of the progression to bifocal vision was too high for me. Returned the glasses to Cool Frames and within 2 weeks had them back with the new lenses. Much improved for my personal use. I would order from Cool Frames again. Calls to customer service were pleasant and they listened to my request.

I was worried at first ordering frames from the USA, but they arrived safely, in a beautiful box. i had to pay a customs fee in the post office, but that was to be expected.

Ordering was very easy. The site clearly walks you through all the lens options so you know exactly what you are ordering. I saved about $100 over ordering the same glasses using my eye insurance! Frames arrived in a very timely way and in good shape. I received update emails letting me know how my glasses were progressing through the manufacturing process. Was very skeptical of ordering glasses online but this was a 5 star experience!
