Received the frames as ordered, brand new! It was a hard to find set of frames, so I was happy I could get them from CoolFrames. Only issue I had was that the did not have my frames in stock and had to order from manufacturer. That is fine, but I should have known this before processing the order instead of receiving an email afterwards that my delivery would be delayed until they received the frames. Still, I was very happy I received the exact frames I requested to replace the old ones that I had damaged.

Took a while to receive my glasses, but I eventually got what I ordered, and I am pretty satisfied with my purchase. Prices are good too.

Received the package several weeks after ordering, I expected a slight delay due to the holidays but it was a little excessive. Aside from that my glasses arrived in excellent condition and would recommend Cool Frames and use them again on the future
