There was a delay in getting the glasses because the lens were not in stock...the frames are thinner than I pictured

This is the second time I ordered frames. The first time I received another color, not the one requested. Any case, it would be better if I've received first a notification/confirmation of any inconvenient and possible solutions. This time, model and color were correct, but there was an accessory missing in one of the temple tips (round metal piece with the brand), now there is a hole. Besides these issues, variety, prices and gift vouchers are good.

When I received my new sunglasses the paint was chipped in the nose area. The staff there are helpful so I hoping the next pair they send are not damage.

Ordered on the 7th March, received an email on the 8th saying shipped. It took until the 21st for me to be able to see tracking info, and it said Parcel Data Received on the 16th March, so unsure as to what happened between the 8th and 16th. I then received an email on the 18th March asking me to review with the heading "LOVING YOUR NEW GLASSES?" My suggestion would be, to send the invitation to review after the order has been delivered. Until the glasses are received, hopefully in time for summer, I can't really review, only the experience so far.

The frames are fine. The problem was that they were shipped through US postal service and required a signature. This led to about two weeks of "frame pickup tag" because I work such odd hours that I couldn't get to the post office to pick them up during office hours. What should have been a simple frame replacement turned into a major ordeal, all the time struggling without a pair of glasses. Please consider shipping frames without lenses to customers without requiring a signature. For this reason I can't use your company again.

Sunglasses were good though

Ordered Jan 14 and it reached me on Jan 31. A 17-day delivery is a bit slow in my opinion.

Service good but we had issues of our parcel going missing. Cool frames told us we had to chase with the post office. There was also additional costs to pay as tax wasn't covered. Not a great service when already paid small fortune for glasses but had a o pay more to get them.. Put me off using the company again.
