I called the company several times and every time I got somebody they gave me a good response to my questions. I paid extra for a speedy delivery which turned out to be 10 days I question that. But I would do business with a company again if they had something that interested me. A refund was required. The refund was posted to my account in a reasonable amount of time.

Great glasses options for great prices. My only complaint is ordering was complicated. I tried to place online order and it did something weird so I called the number for assistance. The lady was very nice and helped but for some reason it was going to cost me almost $50 extra so I decided to try to place order online again. I was able to successfully place online order the second time I tried and got a great price doing so. My glasses arrived in a timely manner and was everything I expected.

Communication with staff was very good and responsive! Shipping was timely. The frames were close to my old pair, though not exact. My only reservation was that they were a few centimeters narrower from temple-to-temple than my old pair--not sure how that will impact wear....? Otherwise, great! So glad there's a place that sells the John Lennon brand (I found my original pair at an eyeglass shop that closed up)!

It would be five stars but I purchased a pair of frames on cool frames and found the same frames on a different site for $300 cheaper didn't like that at all

Would give 5 stars, but when my glasses were returned to them as 'undeliverable' no one let me know. Instead, after not receiving them several days after the expected date, I tracked the order. Once I contacted them, I had to pay extra to have the order shipped to me. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied. The lenses are great so far. The frames need adjusting....they're a little wide and slide down my nose.
