Ive boight to pairs of glasses from them. They're frames are cheaper which is good. My only problem is the whole process of getting them it takes forever. It's takes them a whole week for them to even get the glasses then it takes them about week to week and half for them to ship it to you. I wish they would have a more efficient way of doing this. I would recommend just buying their frames and getting them filled somewhere else. Cause it takes way too long to ship them .

5 days now since I placed the order and my products were still not dispatched.... nobody contacted me to let me know why dispatching an order take so long. When I called custumer support I was informed it could take 1 to 4 days to dispatch, well that time expired and still my order was not dispatched...

Took a bit longer than was said to arrive, and measurements differed slightly from what was advertised. They are still high quality sunglasses and I am keeping them.

I purchased my frames with two-day shipping on either a Wednesday or Thursday, hoping to receive them by the following Monday. However, even though they were "In Stock," they had to be ordered from the manufacturer. My two-day shipping turned into one week. I noticed this after placing the order, and Coolframes did refund my shipping charge when I inquired.

Not Exactly what I had in mind. Picture of frames was not exactly what I got

Positive – received frames in excellent condition in a timely manner from an excellent selection on the Internet. Negative – 20% of the cost of the frame is required in order to return them if they don't fit or work out. In addition the cost of shipping is then I added to the return charge. For an Internet shopping experience one should not be charged that much to return a product that must be tried on in order to make a decision. I am currently utilizing the services of a rival Internet eyeglasses company.
